How big is the clubhouse and what facilities does it contain?

The clubhouse is over 45,000 square feet and contains:
• A Pro Shop
• Locker Rooms
• Executive Meeting / Small Party Rooms
• The Cafe Pacific - an upscale casual dining restaurant
• The Golfer’s Lounge - serving breakfast & lunch
• Trump National Bar
• Grand Ballroom - with capacity for events of up to 350 people
• Trump’sFine Dining Restaurant
• Luxurious Spa and Fitness Center - plans are underway

When will the clubhouse be complete?

The clubhouse is now complete and all facilities are open to the public. Further renovations to improve the already spectacular clubhouse are underway.

Is there a practice range?

Yes, Trump National offers a full driving range, practice putting green andshort game practice areas.

Are estate homes available for sale?

Yes, 50 homes are being built as the Estates at Trump National. The homes are being constructed by The Trump Organization on 50 oceanfront lots surrounding the golf course. The homes, each ranging from approximately 6,000 to over 15,000 square feet, will have panoramic Pacific Ocean and Golf Course views.
